Marc Goldschmitt is the Founder and CEO of Goldschmitt and Associates LLC. As ultimate and final decision authority, he sets the company strategic direction. He manages and conducts the day-to-day operations and administration of the company through the allocation of resources, the delegation of authority, and accountability for outcomes. His extensive assessment and turnaround experience includes transformation and outcome-based alternative assessment. Mr. Goldschmitt is a nationally recognized Veteran small business advocate and subject matter expert. Mr. Goldschmitt holds a Bachelors degree and a Masters of Electrical Engineering from Rice University.

Rachael Sutler, our Chief Operating Officer, is an experienced Program Manager, Technologist, and Consultant with proven success bringing measurable improvements to her clients. Ms. Sutler provides Executive Oversight for all our projects and programs, as well as our internal operations and departments. Ms. Sutler has led successful projects across the Federal Government at multiple civilian and defense agencies and has expertise in Business Process Re-Engineering, Government and IT Program management, Training, and IDIQ management. She began her career in contract management at AOL in 1998 and transitioned to Federal contracting in 2002. She has since held positions of leadership at both large and small Federal contracting organizations. Rachael received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and maintains her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Foundations certifications, and is a CMMI Associate. She is also a Shipley Trained Proposal Manager.
Bob Fudge is Golschmitt's VP of Business Transformation. He served nearly 25 years in the US Air Force in aircraft maintenance, logistics, and leadership roles and has continued to serve for the past 10 years in multiple consulting and project management roles for companies like Deloitte Consulting and Morgan Borszcz Consulting, prior to joining Evanhoe in 2012. An active community leader, Bob is the Mayor of the Village of Cedarville, Ohio and a member of the Greene County Community Improvement Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School.
Patrick Grenier, our VP of Design and Development within Goldschmitt and Associates, is a customer focused certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional SCRUM Master, Certified NARA Federal Records Manager, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CMMI Associate, and Certified Trainer. With over fifteen years of business experience in operations and in team management, Patrick directs and manages multiple Federal government programs and projects for Goldschmitt and Associates. Pat has a diverse professional background and experience, including experience in software development project management, training delivery and development, federal records management, and quality assurance. He is a proven champion of fostering a positive culture and a continuous improvement environment. Patrick holds his Bachelors degree from Old Dominion University.
Vince Fertig is our Director of Software Architecture with over 30 years experience in the industry. He focuses on solution architecture for enterprise-wide systems. He has extensive experience in system modeling, API design, requirements analysis, technical leadership, project planning and software development for our customers. He has a proven track record designing complex scalable business applications for Federal and private industry, including custom software and COTS solutions for on-prem and cloud-native environments. Mr. Fertig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
Nancy Jones, our VP of Finance, has over 20 years of experience in financial management. Nancy's experience spans multiple industries, to include both non-profit and federal sectors.
Anne Dodson, our Director of Human Capital and Workforce Management, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead and Human Capital Business Partner with proven success in meeting, building and leading Talent Acquisition teams. She has over 17 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in the government contracting arena, with extensive experience recruiting for cleared IT professionals and niche military intelligence specialties. She provides expertise in streamlining processes, establishing new policies and procedures, building Talent Acquisition Teams, and establishing key metrics. She received her Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Psychology, and maintains her Professional in Human Resources certification, as well as her Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter and Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS.
Ashley Miller is Goldschmitt's Director of Contracts. Ms. Miller has over 15 years of experience in contracts administration for Federal contracts in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Bachelors in Business Management from Hampton University, and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity Washington University.
Ellen Seeley, our Director of Corporate Operations and Compliance, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and CMMI Associate, and oversees daily corporate activities to ensure success and efficiency of the company. She actively pursues strategic and operational objectives, and assures compliance with our ISO registered QMS, our CMMI certified processes and procedures, as well as our corporate CMMC objectives. She manages contract level requirements for IDIQs, manages employees at the program/project level, provides contract support in requirements documentation, schedule management, quality control, Excel development, and statistical analysis for project/program deliverables, and also provides pricing for competitive proposals. Ms. Seeley holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Ghislaine Sabbagh-Hughes, our Director of Information Systems, focuses on using technology to improve processes and customer satisfaction for Goldschmitt’s customers. She has overseen and supported the implementation of large-scale Information Systems in various industries as well as stand-alone applications. Ms. Sabbagh-Hughes manages our corporate IT initiatives and infrastructure, to include our corporate CMMC objectives. Her support background has seen her engage with a multitude of user communities that range from a team of 6 librarians to industries with over 10,000 users worldwide. She supports Federal customers on our custom and COTS development projects, to include project management, database design and development, user testing, system documentation, and requirements management. Ms. Sabbagh-Hughes holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Majoring in Information Systems as well as a Graduate Certificate in Treasury/Finance from McGill University, and is a CMMI Associate.
Danielle Bischoff, our Director of Training, has over 20 years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, technical training, marketing, and event management, and has experience working with both public and private sector organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia. Danielle has a Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Shenandoah University with a Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems (MIS), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from James Madison University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
Laura Kelmelis, our Director of Special Programs and Security, shapes our organization’s long-term strategy, develops measures that realize corporate business objectives, and implements processes that improve organizational effectiveness and security compliance in order to build a sustainable competitive advantage. She provides expertise in small business management, marketing, communications, business development, IDIQ management, web and graphic design, personnel and facility security, recruiting, human resources, compensation analysis, and benefits administration. Ms. Kelmelis holds additional subject matter expertise in 508 compliance for Federal customers. As an FSO for over 20 years, Ms. Kelmelis developed and manages our Industrial Security Program. Ms. Kelmelis holds a Master’s Degree in Transformative Leadership, and her Bachelor’s in Human Services and Policy, and is a certified FSO and CMMI Associate.
