G&A’s policy is to manage IT support that is provided to G&A internal customers. G&A provides continual improvement of our IT Service Management System, while focusing on G&A employee satisfaction compliance with service system requirements (including company objectives).

G&A is committed to safeguarding and protecting information, information assets, employee and customer confidentiality, and resources while abiding by all statutory and regulatory requirements. Our policy includes educating employees in effective information security practices to minimize security incidents for the company. ​​​​​​



We have produced quality objectives that relate to these policies, and they can be provided upon request by our customers.
