It provides a framework for the setting and review of objectives in addition to our commitment to satisfy applicable customers’ regulatory and legislative requirements as well as our commitment to continually improve our management system.

G&A’s policy is to manage IT support that is provided to G&A internal customers. G&A provides continual improvement of our IT Service Management System, while focusing on G&A employee satisfaction compliance with service system requirements (including company objectives).
G&A is committed to safeguarding and protecting information, information assets, employee and customer confidentiality, and resources while abiding by all statutory and regulatory requirements. Our policy includes educating employees in effective information security practices to minimize security incidents for the company.
We have produced quality objectives that relate to these policies, and they can be provided upon request by our customers.
Our policies are available/communicated to all interested parties as well as being made available to the wider community through publication on our website and internal Process Asset Library.
